Squarespace Websites for Coaches & Consultants in just Two Week’s

Timeline — It’s a 2 week streamlined timeline with a shiny new website at the end of the process. A least 2 weeks before the project start date, you'll provide your imagery and text content plus your brand colours, fonts and logo if you have them.

Time Zone — Based in England, I’m on UTC +0 Greenwich Mean Time.

Investment — 3 pages £1125 (1.25 Design Days), 6 pages £2250 (2.5 Design Days) + Premium template.

• You make a 50% payment to book your project in my design calendar.

• One week before the two week website build starts you make the second 50% payment.

Text Content —You will provide your text content including text for any legal pages such as Privacy Policy and / or Terms pages.

Image Content — For best results you’ll provide professional photos and /or stock imagery to replace the template images. Stock image sourcing can be included as an add-on service if required.

Content Submission: At least 2 weeks before the project start date.

We’ll work closely together go through your website wish list and choose the template that’s the closest fit to the website you’ve been dreaming of. Not sure what you want or need? Don't worry, I've handpicked my absolute favourites, and know exactly how to tailor any design to match your style.

Premium Squarespace Template price is not included and will vary depending on your chosen template, they often range from around £150 to £460 / $200 to $600.

Don’t have a brand/colours designed or a logo, no problem! Either the original template styles can be used or you can add my Mini Branding service to bring your brand to life.

Significant structure/design changes beyond what the template offers is not included but may be possible as an add-on service, we’ll go through this before booking.

You can add extra pages as an add-on service or create them yourself after the project.

Domain & Squarespace Costs — Your template will most likely come with a 6-month free trial of Squarespace and so you won't need to sign up to a Squarespace subscription plan until your website is ready to launch or the free trial period ends. You'll be eligible for a 20% discount on your first year of the annual subscription, this will be the Squarespace Business Plan (or higher). Domain & Squarespace Business Plan costs are approximately £230/$300 per year.

You'll need a domain name, which if you don't already have one can be arranged through Squarespace or other provider. You can get a new domain free for one year with your new Squarespace business hosting plan.

Other Third Party Costs — Any further additional add-ons may require separate purchases, such as email, email marketing, scheduling through Acuity Scheduling etc.

Set up of any third party applications that may link or be embedded on your website (you will provide links or embedded code, e.g. for Calendly.) is not included but may be arranged as an additional service.

You'll be able to review your new site and submit a list of tweaks / changes during our time together. 1 hour of revisions for fine-tuning your website is included. We complete all work, including revisions, within our scheduled Design Days.

You’ll receive a 1 hour training session or video as part of your Two Week Website to walk you through your lovely new website and Squarespace.

After our scheduled time together you’ll receive 2 weeks email support (Monday to Friday during business hours).

After the build your website will be all yours, you'll have full access to make any adjustments you wish to yourself or you can hire me for a quarter, half or full day or hire any other designer for further ongoing support.
