Design Day work is usually completed over more than one day and the Design Day itself will be the day when you review the completed work and I undertake any final minor edits and refinements needed and ensure everything is just right.

Copywriting - you’ll provide your text content and we can make minor adjustments. If you’d like help from a professional copywriter please mention this when booking.
Font, image or any third party licenses and costs, if needed you will purchase these prior to the project start.
Set up of any third party applications that may link or be embedded on your website (you will provide links or embedded code, e.g. for Calendly.)

Timeline :
Normally I’ll be available to work with you 2-3 weeks from enquiry.
You’ll make a 50% payment to book your project in my design calendar and provide a prioritised to-do-list.
7 days before your Design Day you’ll make the second 50% payment and provide all the content elements and information needed.
Design Day work is completed over more than one day and the Design Day itself will be the day when you see and review the completed work and I undertake any minor edits and refinements needed and ensure everything is just right.

How it All Works
STEP 01
Enquire & Consult
Make an enquiry listing your to-do-list and we'll go through everything, get to know each other and ensure we're a fab fit.

STEP 02
Book & Prepare
Pay a 50% payment and you're booked in! You’ll complete a priority list plus some questionnaires (if applicable) and gather and prepare any content elements needed.
STEP 03
Upload & Design
7 days before your Design Day you’ll pay the remaining 50% and provide all elements needed. I’ll then start working my magic going through your specific priorities.
STEP 04
Review & Tweak
We'll work closely together to make any tweaks and adjustments needed and I’ll carefully add the finishing touches ready for final review and project sign-off.
STEP 05
Sign-off & Celebrate!
You’ll give final approval and then it’s time to celebrate ticking off your website to-do list.

After you complete and send the enquiry form below I’ll get back to you within 24-48 business hours. We’ll then chat through your list of tasks you’d like completing and I’ll determine whether we’ll be able to complete everything in half a day, a full day or longer.

Booking as early as possible is recommended in order to secure your place in my design calendar.
It’s also important to consider how long it may take you to prepare and gather your content and any information you’ll need to provide beforehand and allow plenty of time for this, it can often take longer than you think.

Yes. Payment is split into two payments – 50% is due to reserve your Design Day(s), and the remainder is due at 7 days before your Design Day.

Usually I’m able to finish the tasks we identified as your main priorities, but there are instances where clients choose to schedule an additional half or full Design Day to address items that we weren't able to cover during our initial time booked.

At least 7 days before your Design Day you'll provide all the imagery and text content and any other information needed.

You'll be able to review the completed work and one hour of revisions is included.
After that you can make any further changes yourself or you can hire me to make additional changes for you.
