My Approach? I'll identify the areas I'd focus on first and give you practical, actionable recommendations you can implement yourself. If I think your website would benefit from a bigger refresh or rebuild, I'll explain why — but I won't recommend one if you don't need it.

The Nitty Gritty

The Site Attraction Audit is designed as a business-to-business service.
Your application is reviewed before payment is requested, so you'll only be invited to purchase the Audit if I consider it suitable for your website and circumstances.

Delivery: Once payment has been made, your Audit report will be delivered within 2–5 working days.

You may request cancellation and a full refund provided I have not yet started work on your Audit.
Once work on your Audit has started, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we are unable to provide the Audit.
If Larva Limited cancels the Audit after payment has been made and the Audit has not been provided, you will receive a full refund.
If you do not provide information or access reasonably required to complete the Audit, this may affect the delivery timeframe and, where the Audit cannot reasonably be completed as a result, we may treat the service as cancelled in accordance with the circumstances.
